Refund Timeframe

 

Once your refund request is approved, please return the product to us within 14 days in its original packaging and condition. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Refund Method
 

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that international bank fees or transaction charges may apply and could be deducted from the refund amount

Non-Refundable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Items returned without prior approval

Shipping Costs

 

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

International Orders
 

Please be aware that customs duties, taxes, or other import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
